General Shipping & Delivery Terms


You will have to signed for your package when it arrives.
All orders are processed within 48 hours. You will receive an email within an hour upon payment. This is to acknowledge your order and another email will be sent to you around 4 days with the tracking number.

If you do not receive the tracking number within 7 days, please write to us.

Shipping time is 7 to 14 days worldwide but we are not responsible for additional delays if the package is held by your Customs.

As laws vary from country to country, it is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the import of our products. Generally speaking, we have never encountered problems with customs when shipping to most countries worldwide.

 If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and returned back to us, we will issue you a refund, less the shipping costs. If it is not returned back to us, we can not issue you a refund.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be made within 48 hours after ordering.A refund will be issued by the same method of payment the order was originally charged. If a cancellation is placed after 48 hours, it is up to the customer to refuse the package or send the package back. Once the package is received by us, a full refund will be issued, less shipping and handling charges. All refunds due to cancellations are processed within 10 business days. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.

RETURNS

We have a refund policy if you are not satisfied with our product.

We strongly recommend returning packages to us through certified mail with a tracking number. If we did not receive the product back and the customer can not prove that the product is returned, we will not issue a refund.

To return the product, send an email to support@xtrajoy.com and indicate your order number. We will then issue an RMA (return material authorization) number. Please indicate this RMA number on the return package. Failure to do so may result in delays on the refunds.
